We are looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator to implement the globally recognized Shichida Method, a unique approach that combines Japanese education philosophy with modern teaching techniques. In this role, you will nurture young minds, fostering a love for learning and development in our vibrant community of children aged 1 to 6 years.

As an Early Childhood Educator at PT Empat Pilar Pendidikan, you will design and deliver engaging activities tailored to the Shichida Method, utilizing a variety of educational tools and software such as Kidspiration, Smart Notebook, and iPad apps. You will collaborate with our team of educators to create a stimulating learning environment, ensuring each child's individual needs are met. Our center is located in the beautiful island of Bali, offering a unique blend of cultural immersion and educational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement the Shichida Method to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment for children aged 1 to 6 years.
• Design and deliver engaging activities using educational tools such as Kidspiration, Smart Notebook, and iPad apps.
• Collaborate with the educational team to develop and refine lesson plans and curricula.
• Create a safe and inclusive space where children can explore, learn, and grow.
• Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Promote a positive and supportive culture within the center, fostering a love for learning in all children.
• Assist in the organization and execution of special events and activities to enrich the children's educational experience.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Certification in the Shichida Method or a strong understanding of Japanese early childhood education principles.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education, preferably with the Shichida Method.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia, with a good understanding of Japanese education terminology.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced setting.
• Creative and innovative thinking to develop engaging and effective teaching strategies.
• Passion for nurturing young minds and fostering a love for learning in children.
