Daily, you will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will use our advanced CRM system, Salesforce, to track your progress and manage your pipeline. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in B2B sales, a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, and a knack for building lasting relationships.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and meet with potential clients in hotels, resorts, and other commercial establishments in Bali.
• Present our flooring products and demonstrate their benefits to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to expand our customer base.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
• Use Salesforce to track sales activities, manage the pipeline, and report on performance.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to provide valuable insights to clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure long-term business growth.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the hospitality or commercial flooring industry.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the ability to build relationships with key clients.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Enthusiasm for travel and a passion for working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
