📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability for order fulfillment.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor order status and provide updates to customers as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing.
• Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance order fulfillment processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, order fulfillment, or a related role.
• Proficient in using ERP systems, inventory management software, and logistics coordination platforms.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
