📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
Use Salesforce to track customer interactions, manage customer data, and generate reports.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Proven experience in using CRM systems, particularly Salesforce.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Fluent in both English and Indonesian.
Certification in customer service or a related field is a plus.
