In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and payments, and providing exceptional customer service. You will work closely with our sales and project management teams to ensure smooth financial transactions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage client accounts and ensure timely invoicing and payments
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal teams
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure smooth financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial reports using QuickBooks and Excel
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or financial roles, preferably in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proficient in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Previous experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus
