Rejeki Joko Kitchen is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dili. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in restaurant management and a passion for delivering exceptional food and service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food cost control.,Ensure high-quality food and beverages are served to customers, maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage staff performance, providing training and development opportunities as needed.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, including health and safety standards.,Build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a restaurant or similar establishment.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun is required.
