📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute pastry recipes to meet the standards of our brand.,Lead and mentor the pastry team, ensuring high-quality standards and consistent performance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients.,Collaborate with other culinary teams to ensure seamless food preparation and service.,Participate in menu development and innovation.,Train and develop new team members.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of success in a leadership role within the culinary industry.,Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using kitchen equipment and tools.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Creative and innovative approach to menu development.
