Providing technical support and assistance to employees and customers,Maintaining and troubleshooting IT systems and networks,Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware,Monitoring and optimizing IT performance,Creating and implementing IT policies and procedures,Providing training and support to new employees,Responding to and resolving IT-related incidents and problems,Working with other departments to ensure smooth IT operations

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks,Experience with IT troubleshooting and problem-solving,Experience with IT security and risk management,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with ITIL framework is a plus
