📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all aspects of tax compliance, including tax filings, audits, and planning.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Provide strategic financial advice to senior management, supporting decision-making processes.,Oversee the preparation of annual and quarterly tax returns, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities to address any issues or concerns.,Maintain and update tax-related documentation and records, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.,Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.,Provide training and support to junior staff members in tax-related matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in financial accounting software and tax preparation software.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and external stakeholders.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools is a plus.
