Macquarie Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate - Principal Finance Operations (Financial Reporting) to join our team in Jakarta, Indonesia. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and will work closely with various departments to achieve this. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and maintain accurate and timely financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and IFRS.,Lead and supervise the financial reporting team, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines.,Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather and analyze financial data, and provide insights to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide training and mentoring to junior staff members to ensure continuous learning and development.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing financial guidance and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a similar role within a large organization.,Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS, with experience in financial statement preparation and analysis.,Proficient in financial reporting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken. Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
