📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality talent pool.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Maintain and update applicant tracking systems to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide feedback and guidance to candidates throughout the recruitment journey.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment trends.
