📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure they meet the company's requirements.
  • Conduct job interviews and make hiring decisions in collaboration with the hiring manager.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the local job market and industry trends.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
  • Provide feedback to candidates and maintain a positive and professional image of the company.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
  • Stay updated with the latest recruitment tools and technologies to enhance the hiring process.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
  • Ability to travel within Bali as needed.
