Prime Net Jaya is seeking a dedicated Purchasing Staff to join our team. This is an immediate opening, so if you are ready to take on the challenge, we want to hear from you.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes, ensuring we get the best products at the best prices. You will work closely with our suppliers and internal teams to meet our business needs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and optimize procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies
  • Handle purchase orders and invoices
  • Conduct regular supplier audits
  • Assist in the development of procurement strategies
  • Support the procurement team in achieving departmental goals

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian
