📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and leading a team of shop assistants to ensure high standards of customer service and sales performance.
  • Overseeing inventory management and ensuring accurate stock levels.
  • Training and developing team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Promoting products and services to customers to drive sales.
  • Handling customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitoring and reporting on sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Assisting in the preparation and presentation of sales reports.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role, with at least 1 year in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in using basic office software and retail management systems.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.
  • Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia.
