📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the maintenance activities of the facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally.
  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Inspect and maintain all equipment and systems, identifying and addressing any issues or potential problems.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are conducted in accordance with safety regulations and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for maintenance technicians to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities are documented and reported in a timely and accurate manner.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management software and systems.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to perform maintenance activities.
