📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.,Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Manage the sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups with prospects.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product and service improvements.,Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
