📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs for new and existing staff members.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve staff performance and productivity.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.,Assess the training needs of staff members and recommend appropriate training solutions.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.,Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.,Collaborate with the management team to ensure that training programs align with the company's goals and objectives.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and outcomes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a training and development role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HRIS and other training management software.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Ability to travel to different locations as required.
