📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets.,Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.,Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address any issues or concerns.,Prepare and submit regular progress reports and documentation to stakeholders.,Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of equipment and tools.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure the smooth operation of the site.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.,Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using project management software and tools.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards is a plus.
