📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in developing and implementing retail sales strategies to meet company targets.,Provide expert advice to retail customers on product selection, pricing, and promotions.,Conduct regular sales calls and visits to retail customers to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the sales manager.,Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and events.,Train and mentor junior sales consultants to ensure consistent performance.,Maintain strong relationships with key retail customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales consulting or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in Indonesian is required, English is a plus.
