Cashier (Kasir) - Retail & Customer Service

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Manage cash drawer and ensure proper handling of cash and change.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment.
• Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and resolving any issues promptly.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and seek resolution when necessary.
• Count cash at the end of each shift and prepare reports for management.
• Assist with store opening and closing procedures, including safekeeping and security.
• Stay updated on store policies and procedures, and follow all health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or cashier roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial transactions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and inventory management.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and local culture is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 20 kg.
