📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of sales and support staff, providing guidance and motivation.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demands.,Coordinate with the head office to ensure consistent brand image and quality standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Report on branch performance and suggest improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or sales management.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving branch performance.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with inventory management and sales strategies.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
