As a Bookkeeper, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. This is an immediate opening, and we are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.,Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate bank records.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections.,Provide support to the finance manager in any other financial tasks as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a bookkeeping or accounting role.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).,Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
