📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members, providing feedback and support as needed.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for new and existing employees.
  • Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.
  • Ensure the workplace is safe, clean, and well-maintained.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on team performance and operational activities.
  • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
