Space Life Unggul is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Assistant HR Officer to join our team in Pontianak. In this role, you will support the HR department in various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR department in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as contracts, policies, and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to address employee concerns and issues, ensuring a positive work environment.,Assist in the organization and planning of HR-related events and activities.,Support the HR manager in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.,Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
