📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the team and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Ensure that all health, safety, and security regulations are followed, and that the workplace is a safe and productive environment.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that all projects are completed on time and to the required standard.,Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and productivity of the team.,Attend and participate in team meetings, and provide updates on the progress of projects and tasks.,Ensure that all records and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.,Proven track record of success in managing and mentoring a team of employees.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.,Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure.,Good knowledge of health, safety, and security regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other departments.,Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
