📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees,Work closely with the management team to ensure that training initiatives align with business goals and objectives,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate and engage employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement,Provide feedback and guidance to employees to help them develop their skills and knowledge,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with the latest training trends and best practices in the industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies,Ability to analyze data and make recommendations for improvement
