As a Telemarketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in promoting our products and services, building customer relationships, and driving sales growth.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct outbound and inbound telemarketing calls to promote our products and services.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns.,Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective communication and negotiation skills.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of telemarketing strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.,Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant sales tools.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools is a plus.
