LAMANSUA Unggul is seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Captain to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and providing exceptional service to our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong leadership presence and a passion for hospitality.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing the restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and performance evaluations.,Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas.,Train and mentor new staff members to maintain consistent service quality.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Oversee inventory management and ensure proper stock levels.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to team discussions.,Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures.,Monitor food and beverage costs to ensure profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven leadership and management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with food and beverage operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Valid food handler's certificate.
