📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer requirements.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing the kitchen operations.,Ensure timely and efficient service to customers.,Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Handle inventory and restocking of kitchen supplies as needed.,Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools.,Familiarity with food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
