📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Prepare and maintain food presentation to meet customer expectations.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in food cost control and menu planning.,Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.,Basic knowledge of inventory management and food cost control.
