ARENA Jaya is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and help maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for ensuring financial accuracy and compliance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions.,Assist in the preparation of financial reports for management and external stakeholders.,Monitor bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.,Assist in the preparation of year-end closing procedures.,Provide support in the preparation of tax-related documents and filings.,Maintain and organize financial documents and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.
